Our acquisition team led the process: Orion Capital Partners handled all negotiations with the seller, financial modeling, due-diligence, debt & equity structuring and closing.

Brock Martin

Brock Martin is the founding partner of Orion Capital Partners. As the Managing Partner, Brock is focused on the financial responsibilities of the business both internally as well as for our partners and the projects we develop together. In addition, Brock oversees business development utilizing his experience in health care, senior housing, as well as past experience in retail, high-density residential, office and retail development and brokerage.

Brock co-founded Orion Capital partners in January of 2005. Brock is a graduate of the University of Iowa School of Business. He currently serves on the boards at Easter Seals of Arkansas, Arkansas Symphony Orchestra Board of Advisors, Arkansas Hockey Association and is an Assistant Scout Master. He has also previously served on the boards at Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Arkansas Chapter, Centers for Youth and Families, and the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.

Ben Lester

Ben Lester is co-owner of Orion Capital Partners. Ben focuses primarily on brokerage, investor relations, and deal acquisitions for the company. Ben is constantly seeking new investment opportunities in the healthcare real estate sector with regard to both existing property and ground-up development projects. Ben has over 10 years of real estate brokerage experience and has utilized his broad network of institutional relationships to close over $30,000,000.00 in transactions during the last two years.

Ben also has transactional & project experience in the following real estate asset sectors: Office, Multi Family, Retail, Hospitality, Recreational Property, Agricultural Property, Mitigation Banking, & Natural Resources. Ben attended the University of Arkansas and holds an Arkansas Real Estate Broker’s License. He and his wife Cole have two children, Virginia and John Philip. They're active members of St. Andrews Anglican Church in Little Rock.
